The data needed to run the application like unlocked levels, scores achieved, earned game objects are only saved locally in your device. We do not recover this data. As a result we are not aware of this information.
Note that when uninstalling our applications, this data is not retained and recoverable for future reinstallation. Also its data is strictly local to the device, they are not transferable to another device.

No form is present in our mobile apps.
